Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

Wir sind nicht bereit und nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen.

Inhalte anderer

Spielernamen, Vereinsnamen und Nachrichten in der App stammen von den Spielern selbst. Wenn etwas gegen unsere Regeln oder gegen das Gesetz verstößt, kannst du es in der App melden oder uns schreiben. Wir prüfen jede Meldung und entfernen rechtswidrige Inhalte, sobald wir davon erfahren.

Open-Source-Lizenzen

Chessura nutzt Software, Schriften und Inhalte unter freien Lizenzen. Die Liste mit allen Lizenztexten steht in der App im Profil unter „Rechtliches“ bei „Open-Source-Lizenzen“.

Marken

Apple, das Apple-Logo, iPhone, iPad, App Store und Game Center sind Marken der Apple Inc. Google, Google Play und Android sind Marken der Google LLC. Alle anderen genannten Marken gehören ihren jeweiligen Inhabern.

The single point of contact for authorities and for users (Art. 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is support@chessura.app. You can write to us in German or English.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Content from others

Player names, club names and messages in the app come from the players themselves. If something breaks our rules or the law, you can report it in the app or write to us. We review every report and remove unlawful content as soon as we learn of it.

Open-source licences

Chessura uses software, fonts and content under free licences. The list with all licence texts is in the app, in your profile under “Legal” at “Open source licenses”.

No estamos dispuestos ni obligados a participar en procedimientos de resolución de litigios ante una entidad de resolución de litigios de consumo.

Contenidos de otras personas

Los nombres de jugador, los nombres de los clubes y los mensajes de la app proceden de los propios jugadores. Si algo incumple nuestras normas o la ley, puedes reportarlo en la app o escribirnos. Revisamos todos los reportes y retiramos los contenidos ilícitos en cuanto tenemos conocimiento de ellos.
